We kick start the week with the primary sports day at Drapers’ Academy on Monday 19th June.
On Tuesday 20th, two year 6 pupils are going to Bancroft’s to work alongside their pupils for the day. In the afternoon spinebreakers from Pine class are going to visit Harold Wood library. In the evening we will be welcoming new nursery parents to Broadford.
On Wednesday 21st we are delighted to invite all parents of pupils in year 2 along to their sharing assembly to find out what they have been learning. Cathie Forrester, the school nurse will be in school for her usual parent drop in. In the afternoon, year 6 pupils will be learning about cleaner air with Miles the mole and Mulberry spinebreakers will be visiting Harold Wood library.
On Thursday 22nd year 6 will be visiting the Imperial War Museum for the day.
On Friday 23rd June, pupils who are members of the choir will be visiting the Queen’s Theatre for their rehearsal in the morning. The school is closed for all other pupils due to staff training.
The choir will be performing at the Queen’s Theatre in the afternoon at the Havering Music Festival. Friday evening is also the prestigious TES awards when we will find out if Broadford Primary School win the title of School of the Year!
