Year 6 Police Safety Talk
This week we had a visit from PC Hopkins, who was giving out advice on how to protect your belongings and keep your home secure. Pupils were given a pack to take home and share with their families. This included a UV pen that allows them to security mark their valuables with their postcode and surname.
Worryingly 70% of burglaries are caused by people not locking their front door properly! Just making sure that windows and doors are secure when you go out - or to bed - can deter thieves.
