Key Stage 1: Pine Key Stage 2: Ash Overall Score: 97.8%
What a tremendous achievement. For three consecutive weeks you have managed to improve the overall attendance rate of our pupils. Thank you for ensuring that your children are here every day! The overall attendance rate is now up to 97.8%. Leading the way were Pine with score this week of 99.3%. Ash were worthy winners in KS2 with a total of 98.7% Once again, only one class failed to beat the school target of 95%.
Motiv8 Attendance Rewards:Amazingly we have now been at school for 7 weeks. Those children who have not missed a day are very close to their first reward. We would like to remind you that we are changing our attendance rewards this year so that as many children as possible can be acknowledged for their excellent attendance.
Motiv8 100% badges – given out every half term to those who have 100% attendance for the half term
Motiv8 100% effort badges – given out every half term to those who have made a great improvement to their attendance scores
Earn two of these badges (there are six different colours to collect) and you will be rewarded with a set of Top Trumps – potentially 3 sets to get in one year.
If your attendance is above 95% you earn a 95%+ certificate for reaching the school’s target figure – awarded half termly. Should you make it to the end of the year and have attendance of 95%+ you earn the right to attend a special award party.
Children with 100% attendance for the year will continued to be rewarded with their trophy and certificate.
Each term, the class at the top of the attendance league will win a trip to the Brewery.
All you have to do is turn up every day!
